The food isn't great. Everything was too wet and it soggied my burrito. The tofusada is too spicy. The queso was like water. And... they skimp on the portions. The staff was nice, but had to ask them to restock the drinks area because it was out of lids. Itwas absolutely freezing in the dining room. I run hot and even I had to keep my sweatshirt on and I was still cold. I wouldn'tcome here again unless someone else really wanted to eat here. Or I was desperate. Read more

I have only been here a couple of times, one time it was decent the next time it was just okay. The chicken was seasoned well in... the bowl that I got, but there wasn't a whole lot of other flavor going on. I got a combination of their salsas to put on mybowl, and one or more of them had lots of stems that were unappetizing to find in your mouth. Read more
Tried going to chipotle but not enough workers so they were closed. I figured I would try Pancheros. The staff and place was... nice and clean. The food was as tasteless as it gets. I was surprised that they don't offer barbacoa, so I went with theirchicken. I was impressed by the mixing at the end, nice touch. But when I brought the burritos home it was thumbs down byeveryone in the home. My wife said it best "If Chipotle is a 10, this is a 5." Not that chipotle is a 10 but hopefully thatgives you some reference. The rice was bland, the chicken was flavorless, and even after adding jalapeños and otheringredients, I was left wanting. Worst experience ever if I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is very mean and rude. As soon as you walk in it?s very hostile... and unpleasant. The management is even worse. To allow such awful behavior. Should not treat customers like this. The b**** withblack hair and glasses. Needs to be fired she has awful customer service. She Is very entitled. Changed over just a few months I?ve been there. Cheese is different wish it didn?t change otherwise I would have gotten it. My... husband wanted lettuce on his bowl, we?ve never gotten it before but it?s basically ice berg salad mix you can get at Walmart.Why would he want carrots and cabbage in a Mexican bowl?????? I also asked for guac not sure if I was heard and ignored or if hedidn?t hear me. Chipotle is better and cheaper. Pancheros charges 8.75 for a burrito and Chipotle charges 8.15. Also got the pico salsa from... Pancheros and it was only tomatoes with a little bit of onions and cilantro. No peppers or salt which I think is weird. Read more
This is as good as it gets for a burrito franchise. Ten times better than chipotle for relatively the same price and you won't... have to wait nearly as long for your food. Friendly staff, AMAZING food, and the atmosphere is wonderful! Eleven out of ten! Read more
