Although the website did not have a place for notes, and the wings category does not have an option for "well done," I asked the... employee on duty and she was happy to ask the cook staff to double the cooking time which created exactly the degree ofcrispness I wanted. Took me back to the Book-It days! Scott provided excellent service and saved us 4 bucks! The food was great too.
I don't know if it was a door dashed order or not, but I had place my order before 3 pm and it said it was out for delivery at... 3pm, I live less than 10 minutes away from the store. It's now 6pm and still no sign of my order. All I've gotten frommanagement was "its out for delivery" and ove heard that repeated for 3 hours now. Kinda disappointing. Especially as an exemployee.
