I ordered delivery from this Potbelly?s location and they made a mistake on my order. I called this location in hopes to right... my order and the manager I spoke to exhibited terrible customer service as evidenced by poor communication skills and lack ofprofessionalism. I was pretty irritated by the end of the conversation and just said forget even going to the store to allowthem to correct it. I will not order from here again nor recommend anyone to spend money here. Read more
I've been here once so far. The food seemed high-quality to me. The bread in particular had amazing texture and flavor. My only... real complaint was with the blend of peppers they use. The peppers come in a premixed form with spices and brine. I would preferto have plain, fresh peppers that I can choose individually for my sandwich. That way I can tailor the spice level and flavorbetter. Read more
Catering for workgroup (11 people). 1 sandwich missing from order, brown lettuce in salad of one co-worker, no napkins, no... utensils, no mayo and mustard packets that they say are included on all orders. I can make a better sandwich at home than theone I rec'd. No apology when someone called about the missing sandwich. Response was "It will be awhile to deliver cuz it's ourbusy time" Will not go there or order from them. Read more
Hi, the Mighty Gamera here! This is my second visit to Potbelly. Albeit at two different locations. I'm partial to the... downtown location instead of this one. The sandwich ???? was basically the same as the other store and service was okay. I hadthe Wreck. Not too shabby, just a bit chewy. Overall, I think it's a good place to eat. My father likes it better than I do, heprobably would have given it 4 stars. I think it was too dirty for that. Many of the empty tables had crumbs all over theplace. Good health to you all! First time visiting and we really enjoyed it! Unique in comparison to other sandwich shops. They stand out in terms of fresh... ingredients. Our kids really loved the Mac and cheese too. Unique building and loved the story behind the business. Read more
Camping trip up by Duluth got us ordering and picking up sandwiches when we got back to Rochester. Nice to have Potbelly Sub in... town for good hot and cold sandwiches. The simple Chicken Breast with its hand slice, all-natural chicken breast, lettuce,tomato, mayo and melted cheddar cheese on a toasted multigrain was exactly to our liking. First off I love Potbellys and as this is a chain the food is at the same great quality of the others. My complaint at this... location is that they are very slow to get you out the door. They have a sign up that says 8 minute promise. I've been here 3times for lunch, never really that busy today or was 9 people in front of me. It took over 15 minute to get my order (I startedmy timer a couple after a couple minutes of waiting once I saw the sign), not including the pickle I asked for that the personyelled for but was forgotten (2 out of 3 times that's happened too). This has always been the experience at this location. Theperson at the register even said "Sorry it took so long". I just feel like if you're going to have an 8 minute promise andpretty much not care to enforce or rectify for people waiting much longer, then I have to give you 2 stars.
