Well, it finally happened?my first disappointment at this location. Whenever we are in town, this is our goto Starbucks. I know... something odd has been brewing because the last 9 visits, I have been unable to pronounce my own name as to be understood.Today, I used the app to order, and had to say my name twice at the drive through. But my frap was just off today, no whip (itwas still being made so I guess I could have been asked), no whip so no dome lid, so although not necessarily a disaster butcoffee all over the lid is a potential problem, I had to ask for a straw; IDK maybe there are folks in MN who can drink a frapwithout one, and probably was blended about half the time required as there are so many ice chunks it is difficult to consumevia the straw (perhaps that is why I was not given one initially). I will patron this place again early tomorrow as we leavetown, so we shall see. Read more
Some of the nicest Starbucks employees I've ever met. I travel the U.S. doing expedite delivery. Very nice location as well.
Today was a bad experience. I was just here three days ago and order my drink without problem. Today I order the same drink and... the barista says we don?t have that. I asked for my drink a different way and they had that. Very unimpressed. Also do notappreciate the attitude when explaining the drink to someone who should know how to make a drink. Also when a customer ordersfood, it is good practice to offer napkins. This is even more frustrating when the lobby is closed. Read more
I entered this Starbucks mid morning on a Sunday. The drive through line was long. I was greeted with a kind ?We?ll be with you... shortly; it might be a bit of a wait for your order.? I sat back and watched the baristas at work. Two worked quickly, but thenthere was Lucy. The chaos of the morning seemingly had no effect on her. She gently guided the other baristas, smoothly madeorders, and then when she was ready for me, she was SO kind. She spoke directly to my young daughter who loved the interactionas well. I generally have positive things to say about starbucks as a whole, but the people here on 6/1/21 were amazing. They were out of... some ingredients for my daughter's choice drink but the barista promised something special and made her feel like she gotsomething even better. And, of course, she loved it. The store was clean and the other people were friendly and professionalwith each other and the customers. Read more
