(Went this Sunday) The hours seem to be incorrect. I went at 830a but the store was empty. I had planned to grab a quick... breakfast, but could not due to the starbucks being unstaffed. Myself and a few others naively waited in line to submit ourorders. It was a frustrating to have waited for nothing. It was inconsiderate not put any notice of the error on the buildingor website. I'm not sure what happened to the orders placed via the app. This was a frustrating experience. Read more

Pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted, "What do you want?" Then ask for a shaken espresso drink. I had taken one sip prior... to removing the ice. Read more

When I check Starbucks? website, in store option seems open while in reality these people in the photo sitting in their car can... order and I can?t because I don?t have a car. I understand that there might be a staff shortage but it shouldn?t be so hard tokeep the info in their website up to date. So ridiculous! Read more

I asked for 5 pumps of syrup and all I got was water mixed coffee and ice. I always ALWAYS order the same drinks and each time... tastes different. Not happy!! Wasted of my money! Read more

???? Each time: "Please stir the raw sugar in this time. So it dissolves. " Each time, they maybe stir it for 3 seconds (or... what have you), and then **hand me a cup of unsweetened gritty-bottom espresso** with more ounces of cream poured in than theounces of espresso. ???? Read more
