I have ordered for pickup on the app 5 or so times this year. My order has been ready when it said it would as well as correct... every single time. What I was most impressed with, is that on one occasion, the app said they had creamy siracha sauce, so Iordered it on my sandwich. When I got home with my sandwich, there was no creamy siracha on my sandwich, but there was a side ofbaja chipotle and a note stating they didn't have creamy siracha, so they gave me the next closest thing. They also commonly say'thank you' when I simply step in and grab my sandwich off of the rack. I know it's just a Subway, but I really do only havenice things to say about this location. Read more

The 2 young employees working this evening are above courteous, professional, and communicative. My sandwiches were overloaded... they kept em neat, clean, and very well wrapped. The food is thoroughly warm all the way through. I showed up 10 min early topick up my order that I placed through DoorDash for pickup and they were ahead of the game. Keep it up you 2 Read more

Tried using the drive through to minimize exposure, had a few sandwiches to order so we expected it to take a little while. The... women helping started off very nice but after the second sandwich started to get rude. It was hard to understand what she wassaying (I understand it was probably because of mask wearing) so we asked if it would be easier if wr come into the store andfinish our order. She sounded very annoyed and insisted she could do the orders over the speaker. Instead of doing one sandwichat a time she went back and fourth, which I understand, but it began to get really confusing what she was asking and she kepthaving an attitude and being rude.The sandwiches toppings all got messed up and placed on the wrong sandwichs because of theconfusion. Once we got to the window she continued to shake her head and ring us u. 7:30pm on a friday gotta be the slowest subway ive ever been too, not a car in the parking lot. One person in the store in... line.-they walked in and we're waiting after I'd already been waiting in the driveway through for 10 min. Finally after I saidhello a rude voice said "just wait! it'll be another 25 min, I have you, 5 phone orders and a lady in front of you in thestore".....really?!?!....never going to that subway ever again waste of time. I go here a lot for my work lunch. They have always been great. But today I got pop and ended up spilling some on my shirt (my... fault). But when it dried my shirt was discolored like it got bleach water on it. I don't know if they clean the pop machinewith bleach but it got in my pop and is now making me feel sick. Read more

I?ve had good experiences going to this one when I?ve gone inside to order but decided to go through drive this time, the lady... told me it would be a couple minutes which I was cool with. After 5 minutes I said ?hello? just to see if they had forgotten me,no answer, so I waited a couple more and got another silent response. 10 minutes waiting as first in line at a dive thru iscrazy and I ended up leaving cause I still wasn?t even getting a ?thanks for being so patient, we?re sorry blah blah blah?. Andthe thing is I could see inside slightly and didn?t understand why it was taking so long, even if there was a slight line youdon?t make drive thru wait until that?s gone. Read more

I eat at Subway 2-3 times a week and last night I had the worst experience at this Subway, my family and I came in at 8 o?clock,... they close at 9, the guy seemed very irritated and had an attitude as soon as we walked in the door, he said they were out oftoppings & so 4/5 of our sandwiches were not how we make them, I always thought they had more ingredients in the back ready togo, but I guess not!
