I attempted to order for pickup and was told they need a driver's license in person to order.... so Is proof of a law degree... needed to get a bag of chips?!? We were also told that we need to come in to order, but they could bring it out to our carafterwards (their version of curbside pickup I guess). This is why Subway is going the way of Blockbuster. I'd recommendFirehouse subs, Jersey Mike's, or Jimmy John's. Read more
I?ve always loved subway. I?ve always ordered exactly the same thing. I quit eating subway a long time ago bc of 37th st subway.... (Absolutely incompetent, rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional) On my way home from many dr appointments and the pharmacy, Istopped in this location today looking for a little comfort from my life long favorite sandwich. There were about 5 people in line so I patiently wait. The gal taking orders is running around acting like the place is on... fire. No big deal, I patiently wait and when it's my turn I order. Evidently they were out of meatballs so she disappears forat least 3 minutes, comes back and says it will be a little longer on the meatballs. I say that's ok, I will get anothersandwich, and because she was in such a hurry she totally ignores me and takes the next order......I look around me and the guybehind me just gave me a puzzled look. Only one person on shift. Person was messing things up, being slightly annoying and mixed several ingredients into each other.... Tables were not cleaned off. Half the time the person wasn't in the restaurant and lost several customers. Out of napkins andseveral food items. I have never been to a Subway worst than this one. Was in subway on break person working refussed to serve me said was closing. This is at 6.30 pm there was other people also... wanting to be served.young.kid did not care either way. Left open sign on .left cooler unlocked. And.did not put gate up toclose any one could gone any helped them.selves to what ever. This has happen alot.if that is what subway is like and letspeople get a way with this they deserve to not make money.dont feel abit sorry.people wont go there. We were in Rochester for a hockey tournament. I called 3 Subways to do a last minute sandwich platter for us. Two locations... essentially hung up on me when I asked. This location at Wal-Mart took our order and had it ready in about 20mn. They evenoffered to help me out to my car! Great service! Read more
Sloppiest sandwiches ever. They were soaked and soggy from the abundance of mayo even though I requested light mayo. The team... members are rude, at all the subways in Rochester. The one on 37th is probably the best in town. I will not spend another dimeat this location. Subway was my first job and I have never seen a sandwich so sloppy. I am trying to be empathetic because Iknow there are staff shortages. But there is no need for the attitudes when I visit the store. Read more
