Good food and quick, but orders can be inconsistent. I usually get the same things every time, but they are not usually the same... as the last order. I really do not like getting charged extra for beans when I remove the beef. Not like they subtract that costin the price.... just a thought. Read more
Ordered a Crunchwrap and mild sauce and they forgot the mild sauce. It?s not hard to remember two things in an order. I was... expecting them to forget because it always happens. Oh, Taco Bell....what an interesting place to be after midnight! First, I'd like to give a big high five to the employees who... tolerate with grace the behaviors of some of their late night clientele. Secondly, the speed, efficiency, and accuracy aresecond to none. Lastly, to the intoxicated man who was walking thru (stumbling thru) the drive thru......big things typicallycome in small packages, but not in your case, bro! Don't embarrass or flatter yourself. Customer service was incredible. They were accommodating for two mobile orders in one car when some other Taco Bell?s are not.... They did, however, add beef to one of my orders where I subbed it out for beans so I had to bring it back to get replaced. Read more

The food is what's to be expected. However, I seen a young female employee throw a man's trash away for him then even offered to... get him a refill. Not my normal Taco Bell experience. Read more
The staff is great, this is more of a reflection on the touch screen ordering. I could say the same about any of the fast food... chains with this trend. Essentially it makes zero health sense to be eating from the hands touching this screen that many othersare touching. I wash my hands, an extra step, my guess is most don't think about it. I get that's a short staffing world, butI'm not about to endorse it. Read more
