So I haven't been in the Rochester areaForFor a fewFor a few yearsI loveI love Taco Johns but i woulnt be back to this one 2nd... time ive gotten all cold food and the same girl at the drive through who is completely unfriendly n rude. She definitely shouldnot work with the public. The complete terrible customer service i could get over f they knew what hot fresh foid was. Potatooles im sure are not supposed to be served hard n cold n absolutely no seasoning. The last one in town n its terrible. Hope youpeople learn how to train your employees on customer service and the importance of hot fresh food. And why have you changed yoursauce? Your sauce was the best . It takes three times as long as it should order each and every time because the staff is consistently trying to upsell you... multiple items per line item on your order. Foods, not as good as it used to be and it?s just pretty bleh in general. Read more
Ordered a six back and pound with a larger diet Pepsi. Was given my tacos but no drink. We i asked about the drink the guy at... the drive thru agued with me that i did not order a drink. Was will to pay for the drink and after talking with his mansngeragreed to give me a drink for free, but gave me a regular pepsi instead of a diet. When i brought it to his attention and toldhim not to bother, he slammed the window. Tried contaction corprate and asked them to contact me. Two weeks later no response. Ordered on mobile app because in hurry. Said order ready in 2 minutes. GPS said it would take 7 minutes to get there. Not busy.... Started order when I arrived, I filled my own drinks to move things along. Food was good and staff were nice. Read more
They are normally good but they forgot to supreme my tacos. Seems to be a common issue these days. Also they have changed their... taco sauce and it was absolutely horrible. If this change is everywhere I will no longer eat at taco John's. The sauce made thetacos and ol'es unique. Read more
Why would anyone subject themselves to Taco Bell when this is nearby?! The Taco Salad had a beautiful puffy and crispy bowl,... every single ingredient had obvious more care for presentation comparatively, & the flavors were wonderful. Rarely would Iconsider above 4 stars for fast food - this is deserved & a loyal fan + customer has been born this day. I was too excited bythe first bite to even consider a better prepared photo.. Not bad for fast food. The order was quick and accurate, food was hot, and seasoned well. I love their potatoes especially.
Service was great. Very upset at the franchise for changing up the Hot Sauce. It has nothing to do with this location. This... location is so much better than it used to be years ago. Read more
