Customer service here is horrible. They are very slow. You always have to wait a long time and after waiting a while my fries... were cold. Just really disappointed I really liked Wendy's but this one has really went down hill. They also seem closed morethen they are open. Read more

Drive thru is horrendous service. The boy who took our order without giving us a chance to complete our order. No receipt, or... telling us the sale was completed. At the second window we were greeted by another boy with sleeveless Tshirt on. We will neverstop there again. Read more

This place has the inside closed like 98% of the time, and it defeats the purpose of having the app. I order ahead and I still... have to wait most of my lunch break just to receive my food. Then they have the note on the drive thru window saying closeduntil ?4:15 sorry.? Well this isn?t the first time for that either, BUT right now it?s 5:21 and I just pulled out from the linesince it?s well AFTER ?4:15,? the note is still on the speaker, and when I pulled up the the first window for help, the guy whowas standing there looked at me dead in my face and the en walked away and never returned. I had to leave and go to McDonald?sand order during my last 10 mins of my whole lunch break, not to mention the app just took my points for the 2nd time that I?vetried to redeem and couldn?t talk to anyone there about it and yet didn?t receive my item I was trying to redeem. App pointless.Note on the speaker pointless. I?m tired or losing my eat time because of there lack of service. I don?t expect them to beperfect but I do expect such a popular establish to be at least be professional enough to say something when only one single carpulls up to them because of their incorrect advertisement on their speaker, to say I?m sorry but we still aren?t open, orSOMETHING more than just looking me in the face and walking away for good!! Went to the drive thru, and there was a vehicle blocking the way and people talking to the driver. The sign on the intercom said... please pull ahead to the window to order. Well, I did so and sat there to wait and order. There was an employee having acigarette out back, and I am don?t expect them to give up a break. However, how is there only one person working?? Not the firsttime I have had issues with this location. It?s sad that one of the few places open late has service this bad?? Read more

Lisa was amazing. The store was very very busy but she handled it like a rock star! Was great with the customers. Even though... there was a wait everyone was happy. Watch how the kitchen staff was doing their very best to be as efficient as possible toget food out to everyone. Read more

The bag says"hot and crispy" a crispy burger yup powder dry and actually crunchy crispy dried up . When Wendy's was decent, even... really good, on the bag it said "hot and juicy" !!. Whatever excuse, reason hot and crispy burgers suck. Either customershaven't had a crispy burger yet or forgot how bad Wendy's has gotten or their just getting a frosty.
