Waited 15 minutes for frozen in the middle egg bites and scalding hot chocolate. I asked for the temp turned down and a couple... of pieces of ice in the hot chocolate and they dis the exact opposite. Thanks for the tounge blisters. I can sooth it with thefrozen egg bites. ???? Waited over 15 minutes to order a coffee. 2 cars in front of us waited 5 minutes or more for 2 big bags of food. They should... have had the customer pull out of the way. Held the line up way to long. Even a Rochester police cruiser waited 5 minutes beforeleaving because the wait was too long. Read more
The servers here are super polite and hard working. They are very short on staff so it was about a 20 minute wait to get a cup... of tea. I think the employees here do a good job but the problem with why it takes along time at this location in particular is because... of their braindead clientele. Unfortunately due to it?s location the demographics consist mostly of people who order largeamounts of food and multiple AJ?s Rush drinks which seems to take them forever to prepare. If you want a simple coffee order ora quick bite there?s other locations that can whip it out quicker. I do think the staff here does a really good job despiteeverything stacked against them.
