Waited 15 minutes for frozen in the middle egg bites and scalding hot chocolate. I asked for the temp turned down and a couple... of pieces of ice in the hot chocolate and they dis the exact opposite. Thanks for the tounge blisters. I can sooth it with thefrozen egg bites. ???? Waited over 15 minutes to order a coffee. 2 cars in front of us waited 5 minutes or more for 2 big bags of food. They should... have had the customer pull out of the way. Held the line up way to long. Even a Rochester police cruiser waited 5 minutes beforeleaving because the wait was too long. Read more
The servers here are super polite and hard working. They are very short on staff so it was about a 20 minute wait to get a cup... of tea. It just was because of the sheer volume and the lack of help that I had such a long wait. Once I made it to the windowthe service was super fast. Bravo in such a difficult time Read more
Rude girl took my order and then I found a dead fly in my coffee after I already took a few sips. Never go here. Waste of money.... I had to throw my whole 32oz coffee away and when I tried to call, nobody answers and the voicemail is full. Called severaltimes and they just hang up. Worse than Dunkin Donuts Read more
Man, I just wanted a strawberry smoothie with whipped cream from this hut because I used to work here and like to see my old... coworkers sometimes. They put whatever type of flavoring in it, I was thinking like 7 pumps of banana or whatever. I don?t know,it just was not good at all and I know what a strawberry smoothie tastes like. Read more

I think the employees here do a good job but the problem with why it takes along time at this location in particular is because... of their braindead clientele. Unfortunately due to it?s location the demographics consist mostly of people who order largeamounts of food and multiple AJ?s Rush drinks which seems to take them forever to prepare. If you want a simple coffee order ora quick bite there?s other locations that can whip it out quicker. I do think the staff here does a really good job despiteeverything stacked against them.
