Terrible experience! Ordered Online and Young lady up front try ringing me up for the wrong order. Waiting longer than what was... shared on the app. Gotten totally wrong order and then when I went back in to ask for my original order the same lady ran up tome and kept asking over and over what was wrong with it frantically. Manager with long gray hair came by and never onceapologized for the inconvenience and never showed any emotion for the moment. Obviously doesn’t know how to handle customersituations. The last time I went in they were not busy and our server took over an hour to bring our food(granted something got messed up... in the kitchen) we had a very hungry 6 year old, and when we were finished we waited a good 45 minutes for the check, with ourserver no where to be found. Waited about 15 minutes for a waitress to take our order. It wasn't busy at all. Maybe 4 tables with people at them plus the... bar. Otherwise it was practicaly empty. No good excuse for the delay. We ordered Buffalo Chicken Salads. 10 minuteslater....waitress said they couldn't make the salads because it's "not out yet" I'm sorry....but you have cooks, you haveCeasar salads, you have Cobb Salads, you have chicken tenders.....and you have buffalo sauce...... Anyone with half-a-braincould take those ingredients and make a Buffalo Chicken Salad that was on the damn menu. But we were told "it's not outyet". I don't normally bash millenials.....but apparently building a salad is a complex task nowadays. If I would do a zero star If I could. My Wife and daughters boneless wings were hard as a rock and dry. My Wife Daughter and... sons order came out and mine did not come out for 45min plus after. Not the waiters fault he was good. The kitchen staff arehorrible at their jobs and need guidance from someone who cares about quality not quantity.
