Terrible experience! Ordered Online and Young lady up front try ringing me up for the wrong order. Waiting longer than what was... shared on the app. Gotten totally wrong order and then when I went back in to ask for my original order the same lady ran up tome and kept asking over and over what was wrong with it frantically. Manager with long gray hair came by and never onceapologized for the inconvenience and never showed any emotion for the moment. Obviously doesn’t know how to handle customersituations. We were the first and only customers there. Sat at table for 15 minutes without getting drinks or being spoken to while all of... the staff were standing in the door way behind us. Got up and left without anyone saying anything to us. Read more
The last time I went in they were not busy and our server took over an hour to bring our food(granted something got messed up... in the kitchen) we had a very hungry 6 year old, and when we were finished we waited a good 45 minutes for the check, with ourserver no where to be found. This used to be my favorite place but the quality, and care have gotten pretty bad lately. The timebefore this my nachos were beyond burnt and missing the chicken. Read more
Waited about 15 minutes for a waitress to take our order. It wasn't busy at all. Maybe 4 tables with people at them plus the... bar. Otherwise it was practicaly empty. No good excuse for the delay. We ordered Buffalo Chicken Salads. 10 minuteslater....waitress said they couldn't make the salads because it's "not out yet" I'm sorry....but you have cooks, you haveCeasar salads, you have Cobb Salads, you have chicken tenders.....and you have buffalo sauce...... Anyone with half-a-braincould take those ingredients and make a Buffalo Chicken Salad that was on the damn menu. But we were told "it's not outyet". I don't normally bash millenials.....but apparently building a salad is a complex task nowadays. Waitress was polite, but the food was way below satisfactory. Cheese curds were mostly cold with a few hot in the mix. It seemed... like they had just mixed a fresh order in with some that had been cooked previously. Both orders of fries that we ordered weretotally cold and again tasted as if they had been sitting from a previous order or something. They did offer to remake one sideof fries but our experience was already ruined. The chicken was also very tough. Overall just a real let down. Read more
I just don't understand how this chain remains in business. Every time I've eaten there the food - especially the wings - has... been gross. The boneless wings are dry and there's no flavor to the "original buffalo sauce" - just heat. The 10 piece bonelessbundles comes with "maybe" three full-sized pieces. In other places, these are called nuggets. The fries? They were cold anddisgusting. The "traditional wings" are tiny. Never again. Read more
Good food and service. I had the Brisket Tacos ???? and a six piece order of Teriyaki boneless wings with nachos as a side.... Ginger beer ???? as a beverage. I sat at the bar but seating was available. A large group of people behind me were seated rightaway. Though the counter was clean, the restaurant shows signs that the customers are rough on the place. Being a sports bar, itcan be loud, especially with the music ???? turned up. Prices reasonable. If I would do a zero star If I could. My Wife and daughters boneless wings were hard as a rock and dry. My Wife Daughter and... sons order came out and mine did not come out for 45min plus after. Not the waiters fault he was good. The kitchen staff arehorrible at their jobs and need guidance from someone who cares about quality not quantity. Quantity can make the chance ofrepeat customers to return. POOR RATINGS all around. Read more
