Horrible customer service! I work in fast food I got the wrong bag of food so I called and spoke to the night manager he told me... to come back in an hour cuz they had to do breaks and was very very rude he stuck his hands without gloves in our food and toldus he only should remake one sandwich and to make sure the food is 100% wrong before calling again or I won?t be gettingnothing. Mind you. He asked me what the order was and I told him and he tried telling me they don?t have it and then tells me heremembers making it so there?s NO way that?s wrong. I get that it?s easy for something to be messed up but there?s no need forthe rudeness to customers like that. It?s very sad to see. My experience wasn't the best. Cool, fries, cool, not-crispy Crispy Chicken sandwich with small soda. Sandwich had an odd flavor... as well. I am not sure what what kind of dressing it had on it. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would have brought it back ratherthan throw it out.. Over $11.00 for that. Not doing that again, thank you. Read more

The decline of Burger King over the past decade or so is most likely due to the sourcing of cheaper products and ingredients in... my view. Probably originating from some Monsantos subsidiary which is contributing to the massive rise in childhood disorders,cancers and the wholesale attack the human population. Wake up people! Read more

The absolute worst King that I have been to and I have been to quite a few. I realize this was a training night, so there were... errors expected, (charged for 3 fries-got 2 and missing O.Rings-didn't know how to print receipt-all food was cold) but wepulled into a line with 5 cars and received our food 34 minutes later and this was on a Tuesday night at 8:30!! Since there isno way to get out of line once in line, because the driveway is 1 car width, we were stuck! I am sure the staff was doing theirbest but it is obvious that district management and ownership don't care! If I could give a half rating I would have!!! Read more
Paid over $6 for a fish sandwich this evening that clearly wasn't even cooked today; it was old, dry, crusty and cold. I didn't... expect such a terrible sandwich just after 5pm before the Friday dinner rush. I was home when I opened it , a few miles beyondthe establishment.........So horrible, I threw it away. Food was amazing. My husband and I went here earlier and I wanted more. My husband biked there in the freezing cold because it... says y?all open until 12am but y?all refused to serve him in the lobby and refused to serve him drive thru because y?all closingand it?s 10pm.
