This Dunkin's was the most chaotic one I've ever been to. The service was horrible. Ordered 3 drinks and some breakfast... sandwiches and I waited 30 mins to get my whole order. I stood there and watched as no one made the order but they kept takingorder after order. One of the employees was so rude. She told someone she would be right with them and then ignored them andtook other people's orders. On top of all that I didn't even get my whole order even though they said it was all there,should've checked the order before I left. They need better organization. Don?t go here they mess up my coffee everyday after repeating back to me what I asked for but still giving me the wrong coffee... they are extremely rude when u ask for it remade. I will not be paying for rude service and coffee I won?t drink. Read more

Coffee inconsistent, service slow/rude, store/bathroom dirty, poorly managed. People passed out on sidewalk by front door. ... Treats employees poorly, left one teenager I know (who quit) without final paychecks and refused to pay them. Not giving thisstore another dime. Potter?s Place and Aroma Joe?s both offer much better coffee anyways. Read more
One dozen donuts that's it, no coffee no nothing. 4 people working asked 2 times was looked at like I was a serial killer, I... will not return to this Dunkin again there is no excuse for such poor hospitality. Read more
Placed a curbside order (2 coffees, 1/2 dozen donuts) on a the app on a Sunday morning. Sat in the curbside pickup parking spot... for 20 minute before calling & asking on status of my order. I was given such attitude by the employee who answered the phone,saying ?it?s probably in here on the counter, we?re short staffed? which I understand the staffing issue but still an annoyingand inappropriate response. But a curbside order is a curbside order. I go in and find the order is NOT ready. No donuts pulled,coffees not made. Then I was told one of the coffees ordered isn?t even an option anymore, to which someone else responded ?yeahI was waiting for her to come in to tell her that!? I reminded the team this was a curbside order and curbside orders don?t comeinto the store. Finally got my order after 30 minutes. No apologies, all attitude from the staff. Not impressed. I understandbeing short staffed, but some basic problem solving and communicating skills really need to be implemented here. Read more
Sat in drive thru for over 35 minutes. Cars were leaving and beeping there horns . Service was slow and to top it off I had to... go back because I order a ham and cheese on a English muffin and they gave me just a cheese. How incompetent and I told themagain at the window because they only gave me my Donut and told me ( have a nice day) I said , u guys forgot my two sandwiches,they told me we don?t have sourdough, and I told them just put it on English muffin. Ordered my coffee a head on the mobile app. I was currently 16 minutes away cause I decided to walk & I was going somewhere w/... my son so I wanted it ready, well it wasn?t ready when we got there about 20 minutes later but the guy did make it right away &it was pretty dang good.
