Omg SOOOOO MUCH BETTER THEN THE GONIC DUNKS. they have food, the coffee is good, people are nice and line is under 5 mins!!
This is the only dunks in Rochester I can go to. I hate leaving bad reviews so I don?t say anything about the other ones. Plus... everyone?s having a hard time getting help these days so it?s probably not their fault they?re slow. But I go to this dunkscause it?s always fast and they always make the order right. And they?re super nice which is a great bonus. The girl at thewindow today recommended an awesome flavor combo and idk how I didn?t think about it before but it?s sooooo good hahaha. I've been coming to this dunkins for the last 3 weeks now and not once have I had an issue with my order nor have I had a long... waiting time for my coffee's and food. The customer service amazing and they always have a smile on their faces. The earlymorning crew really makes my mornings better. I've been coming here so much that when I pull up they already have half my orderready. These people are amazing and definitely deserve a raise. Read more

I stopped at 3 DD's on Wednesday looking for a Boston Cream donut. The Somersworth Rt. 108 store, Rochester Main St and the one... in Walmart. Every single one of them were out And nicely offered me whatever they had a FEW of... I was told that it's becauseit was 3pm and the franchise owners cut back on inventory and all 3 locations are owned by the same company. Is this a donutshop? I wouldn't know. It seems more like a drink stop with maybe a couple of options for baked goods or a very light sandwichfor a snack. Starbucks keeps more baked goods on inventory than these places. How do they call themselves Dunkin Donuts whenthey have no donuts to dunk? This has happened way too many times. One time I was told rather curtly that they had NOTHINGuntil the 4am? truck arrives. This was about maybe 10/11 pm. Why were they open? Franchise owners: please take heed. Yourbusiness name is NOT fancy drinks. I should be able to get a decent selection of donuts at ANY time the store is open barringvery unusual circumstances. And since Boston Creams seem to be a favorite, why not stock more of them. Always a favorite coffee spot for me and my family! We stop here every week. Coffee is always a big hit but I orders a medium... and got a small so docked them one star. Need to work on timing here as well because sometimes we wait too long. Read more
I ordered a small black coffee with a turbo. It was the perfect temperature. Hot but not tot hot. I was able to drink it... immediately. The person who took my order and made my coffee was pleasant. I don't remember her name but I'd have her make mycoffee again Read more
