Literally messed up my order. Got 2 strawberry dragon fruit refreshers with 4 liquid sugars each. They gave them to me and the... were pale and tasted like water. Literally they should have noticed they were made wrong because they are supposed to be pink tored in color. When I tried to ask someone for them to remake them they were all busy and wouldn't listen to me. WOULDNTRECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO GO TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS. Read more
Steer clear! Slowest service I?ve ever experienced! Ended up driving over the curb to get out. 12 minutes I sat at the order... board trapped in line. The manager should be ashamed. Best to go to the one across from planet fitness. Pulled up and was servedimmediately by a friendly team. Read more
15 minutes for 2 coffees and a sandwich. The sandwich was out 5 minutes before the coffees. One of the coffees was sitting on... the counter waiting. Everyone disappeared at one point. We were the only people at the drive through and the store was empty.Horrible service. Read more
People are not joking, this is THE worst Dunkin you can go through. Never again. Two cars in front, we order, literally, 25... MINUTES until we got our order. We almost left it was awful. And this was around 8:15AM this morning. The girl who took theorder had no idea what we're ordering...the management here either doesn't know or don't care. Been here a few times now 30 minutes after opening. They don't have everything ready and you're lucky if they have their baked... goods. All you get is sorry it's not ready and the delivery hasn't come yet. It seems that delivery comes whenever it'sconvenient. A year ago they would have had everything ready to go. Went through the drive through at 9:30am, and ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. In theory, should only take 5 to 8 minutes... depending on other outstanding orders. Both myself and my companion had worked at this location in the past, so we know thesteps and effort required to perform services for customers. Over the course of waiting for the next 15-20 minutes, threedifferent people came over to ask what we were still waiting on, and we repeated our order three times. One of the coffees hadcream instead of oat milk, I am lactose intolerant but at that point could not ask them to remake it because I did not know howmuch longer it would take them, and at that point I had gone from making it into work early with breakfast to being late forwork. Finally at 9:50 we received everything on our order. Disappointing. Read more
Literally the worst service ever. It takes over a half hour for them to serve you... at a drive thru. Lazy, rude staff. In the... time it took to write this review, the line hasn't even moved. Can't wait to never come here again. Read more
Legitimately one of the most dysfunctional Dunks I?ve ever been to. I honestly feel bad for the folks working here. I... experienced a situation where my order was delayed because the manager decided to start berating and bickering with the employeewho was preparing it. Never again. Read more
