Talk about a complete waste of time!!! I got there and ordered an ice coffee and a cinnamon roll (they had 3 left). I ordered... right away as there was nobody in line to order. There was PLENTY of people waiting for their orders though. I waited 25 minutesand they gave my cinnamon roll away to drive-thru (3 times). I watched all 3 go out the window. Note: there was only 1 car indrive-thru when I arrived. From the time (LOTS OF IT) I had watching this "operation" - it was an abortion of a business. People had no clue, no leadership and no motivation. DO NOT GO THERE!!! DD Corp should step in!!! Read more

How?s this place has 3.5 stars is beyond me! This is absolutely THE WORST Dunkins I have EVER been to. Our first time here we... waited 25 minutes for 2 iced coffees, a breakfast sandwich and egg bites. The egg bites I ordered were no longer availablebecause they gave drive through priority, even though I had ordered mine 20 minutes earlier. Vowed we?d never return, but endedup giving them one more shot?with equally frustrating results. Trust me, your time is too valuable to waste at this failure of aDunkins, Corporate should take notice. Read more

I wait in line for 20 minutes everytime I?m here. I?m at the speaker now and have been waiting for someone for FIVE minutes.... They are slow and hardly get your order right. It would be faster for me to go to the one on rt9. When I finally did getsomeone they were out of everything no sourdough, no donuts, one type of bagel. For a 30 minute wait. Read more

I always mobile order to try to make the process quicker however I?ve currently been sitting at the drive through window for... over 20 minutes now with so much of a ?be right with you? or anything. The car in front of me has long been gone from the drivethrough for awhile now. The lack of customer service, communication, knowledge, and speed of the employees was astounding. Iwasn?t expecting speed demons but definitely wasn?t expecting to sit as the only car in line for over 20 minutes and then anadditional 10 at the window. Absolutely the worst dunks I've ever been to. There was no option to order from a person only the self ordering kiosk. We... ordered 2 coffees and 3 donuts. It took well over 40 minutes and there were only 2 people in front of me. I got one of thecoffees which was made wrong but all the batistas there refused to make eye contact with me so I could let them know it waswrong. A lady who ordered ahead of me got her coffee and was kind enough to let them know they had made a mistake on my order.It took them so long to fix it the 2 people behind me got their orders first. I almost left without the donuts but my husbandconvinced me to go back in because we had already paid for them. I know we will be skipping this dunks from now on. Read more

Writing this review as we approach 50 MINUTES of wait time. We ordered a sandwich and a can of monster. That?s it. 30 minutes... spent in line with 4 cars ahead of us. All getting one or two items. Since getting to the window, we waited another 10 minutesjust to be told they don?t have monster. Still currently waiting for my sandwich. The staff are completely disorganized andforgetting orders left and right as I can hear them through the speakers and window saying they lost slips and ?don?t knowwhat?s going on.? One of the male staff at the window is completely covered in coffee stains and looks like he has not washedhis shirt in several shifts. He showed no remorse for the lack of service he provided. He left the window, sauntered aroundlooking lost, and didn?t return, leaving the female coworker to finish our order herself while also handling the customersinside the store. Total time it took from drive through to getting a single sandwich: 56 minutes. That?s completelyridiculous. Read more

I always try to give this place a chance and never changes. Went to get coffee today, we where only the 3rd person in line and... waited over 15min while no one was served. Left because I had my dog with us and didn't want her to get over heated. Driving byand looking in I saw 3 workers and only one of them actually working. Now I will give them the benefit of the doubt and maybesomething was going on I didn't know about. But unfortunately I'm just gonna stop going here, because it seems like there isalways an issue when I go here. And I am sorry to the employees that work here. Read more
