If I could give no stars I would. Ordered on the app to be delivered. A doordash driver dropped off food. Brought food inside... and it was not what I ordered. Tried to call the store 15 times, just rang with nothing but a fax machine tone at the end. Icalled the only number listed everywhere. Tried the virtual assistant, after being in queue for 20 minutes it replied with therewere no available agents. Tried to call the 800 number the virtual assistant offered in that message and I was on hold for 13minutes only to end up in a random voicemail that wouldn?t let me leave a message. Tried to call the store again and again andfinally reached a person (who was very sweet) but said there was nothing that could be done because they couldn?t contactdoordash and technically my order hadn?t even been picked up. She said my order hadn?t even been made yet. So I am out the moneyI spent and the food I wanted and cannot talk to anyone to rectify it. I could go pick up my order but that defeats me payingfor delivery. This is hands down the worst customer service on earth. Read more
KFC is my absolute favorite place to fill up for under 5 bucks. The Rochester store has the friendliest people, and the crispy... chicken sandwich, regular or spicy, is soooooo delicious. If it wasn't 6:46 in the morning, I'd go get one now. I'm hookedand they're not open yet. Read more
Very rude when I went through drive through. I know there are supply chain issues across the country but instead of saying what... your out of, try and up sale me on another item. This is absolutely the best KFC in the seacoast area! Fast, friendly and delicious. I prefer this over the combination KFC/Taco... Bell stores because they concentrate on chicken instead of trying to do both. Read more

I know good customer service is expected that much anymore but the girl in the drive thru shouldnt be working with customers.... You could see she was annoyed when I asked for my receipt and she rolled her eyes and threw her hands up in the air! Maybe sheshould just handle the cooking.
