This restaurant is quickly becoming one of my favorites for many reasons. The outside of the building is well kept, landscape is... expertly manicured and the Classic Diner mirrored walls on the outside shine like the day they were put in. The inside is justas beautiful as the outside, my favorite is the wall of candles, it feels like a memoriam honoring lost loved ones. The chairsare surprisingly comfortable, Sleek wooden design beautiful architecture. The service is top notch our waiter didn't haveEnglish as his first language, but we understood each other perfectly. The food was delicious as well, though it could use justa tad more flavor. Probably the best place to eat in Rochester, and definitely the best Mexican restaurant in the area. My wife and I have dined at... La Corona for nearly 10 years and we've never once been disappointed by a meal, whether eat in or take out. The food isexcellent and generally so is the service - the staff treat us like family. Everything here was excellent. Service was great, everyone was very friendly. I had the Cozumel salad- the shrimp were cooked... perfectly and the mango dressing was very flavorful. My husband had a shredded beef chimichanga and it was also very flavorful.Drinks were great too and prices are reasonable. We will certainly return when we are in the area. Read more
