The only McDonalds who always has line and can never accurately complete an order. You wait 20 minutes for food just for it to... be the wrong stuff. A modern McDonald's with friendly staff. Like other McDonald's they struggle to get the happy meal order correct and forgot the... milk. No soap in the women's bathroom. Hope people are able to wash their hands, especially staff who prepare food. Read more
Very modern with multiple drive thru and inside ordering kiosks. Place was clean and well staffed. One associate was going... amongst the customers sitting down inside. Staff behind the counter were friendly. The food is, well, McDonald's. But, mydaughter loves the french ????. Though I like the new uniforms, I now know what the buildings new look reminds me of. Ordered a cheeseburger with no onion. Received a sandwich with just a slice of pickle and a piece of cheese, NO BURGER.... Returned to the store for a refund. No apologies or explanation. Of the two McDonald's stores in Rochester the Washington St. store is the worst. Read more
