Our server was very kind and upbeat. That was nice. We managed to beat the rush which was lucky for us. The burnt ends are... fabulous and I tried the smoked wings - deep fried which I enjoyed. I look forward to trying the grilled chicken wings nextvisit. During a previous visit I tried the bbq ribs which were amazing! We didn't order any alcoholic beverages, but the rootbeer soda was good. I have never had a bad meal here. My favorites are the Piggy Tots or Mac n Cheese. The Piggy Tots are so good that it?s hard for... me to not want to order them every week and their Mac n cheese is the perfect comfort food, it?s creamy and delicious. I hadtheir Chicken and Waffles special last night and every single bite was the perfect combination of salty and sweet, I can?t sayenough good things about it. Nice and friendly staff. There are many house's special sauces. Must try when visit New Hampshire. ???? I ordered Lobster bisque... ???? and Smoked chicken salad sandwich ???? served with French fries ???? (options: potato salad, smashed potato) and corn bread(options: garlic bread). Read more
Good BBQ but not quite a 5 star place. They only had half a rack of ribs at 1PM. They were good but not very hot. The sauce... was served on the side which is a sign that the meat can stand on its own. Sides were good and the staff was friendly. Read more
This was an accidental find last night, as we headed out for seafood only to find our destination closed! A serendipity... occurrence landed us at this outstanding restaurant! Service was fast and pleasant, and the food was delicious. Their chilireminded me of one I made that had simmered over coals all day, and Penny had the Brunswick Stew as a side and it was excellentas well. The earlier review about the Mac and cheese being the ultimate comfort food was not wrong. The meats we had wereperfectly smoked (I'll get my brisket to come out right someday!). Try the jalapeño and cheddar sausage. Not overly spicy, but very full of flavor. They have a great selection of BBQ sauces, I tried them all. A final nice touch is Rocky, one of theowners taking the time to check in with the tables and chatting a bit. Definitely adding this place to our must do again list. Read more
