So my order was a delivery order placed online. I ordered regular thick pan crust and when we received the order it was a thin... crust. The delivery driver did try to call me three times, but I missed the calls and when I called the store back they told mewe had to come pick the order up. I was charged a delivery fee and the driver got a tip that was charged to my card even thoughthe delivery never happened. So I was not impressed. Today was just okay. I had a couple of great pies last weekend. However, today it was clear that the cooking and service are... inconsistent. Today's pie was overcooked yet on the cold side of warm leading to a dried out pizza. Cheese was scant as wellmaking this a underwhelming outing. On the service side, I ordered pickup online and used the drive through window. I sat for awhile. They had a hard time opening the window, they determined who I was and that may order was ready then went to answer thephone--all while I sat and waited some more. I?d give more stars if they brought back the pizza buffet. I know I?ll not the only one that feels this way. Many miss the... pizza???? The salad bar is still there. Though it isn?t that exciting. It?s just your typical ?run of the mill? salad bar. Withall that said, the pizza is still *VERY* good. As are the sides they offer. Prices are absolutely outrageous. Pizza huts in other areas have way better deals like the two $6.99 medium one topping deal.
Waitresses can be a little awkward at times and I am not sure if they are trying to be nice or actually hate everyone. Not sure... why Pizza Hut has taken over 45 minute several times to bring our food out and jjst to get water brought took 10. One time was alucky rush and only one waitress so I get it but tonight three tables and it took forever. The pizza is okay the apps are reallythe best thing. Tonight while picking up dinner at the Rochester, NH Pizza Hut, I delt with a very frustrating situation with customer service.... All of the food was very good! It had great flavor and the pizza was cooked just right! The server was wonderful.
Bro these pizza melts are godly so much delicious flavor with the pepperoni one I only have one problem they supposedly close at... 10 but when I tried to order at around 9-930 it says thier closed so this is not keeping their word this is only proving thatother pizza places do better at keeping thier schedule on point so now it's a 4 1/2 star rating for me Read more
