They fill ALL orders, including those made on the app, in chronological order. The problem is that if you order in person, you... may wait for an excessively long period of time while the staff fills orders for app customers who are not even in the building. After 15 minutes of waiting for a simple cup of black coffee, I asked one of the staff about it. She "broke the rule" andpoured the coffee for me while dozens of people who had also ordered on-site hung around waiting for their drinks... not alogical or reasonable system, by any stretch.
