This subway is always good and constant. The workers are quick and friendly, even when super busy.
Got my son a meatball sub & he loved it. Toasted w/provolone cheese on a wheat sub roll, I split a foot long w/ my man & we got... the Philly steak & cheese with the pepper jack cheese & chipotle sauce it was great! ???????? the place was clean & enjoyedsitting down eating w/ my son. Tried to use an expired coupon to buy a footlong but he refused to use the coupon. Keep in mind it was expired literally... yesterday. I told him that I have the new coupon at home, just forgot to bring it with me and that I'd bring that exact couponnext time. Nope, refused to let me buy it and told me its $16 dollars for this footlong. Yikes. Made a complain to corporate,left a 1 star review, never going back. If I'm going to spend $16 for a foot long, I rather buy it at firehouse subs. To think Itip this same dude $7 one time. Unbelievable. Read more
Waited in line for 25 mins to finally get to the counter, asked what i wanted to be told there was no sub rolls only flat breads... and wraps. Multiple people working and there was only 1 person in front me having their order taken. Felt I could have been atleast told that there was no sub rolls as I would have not waited as long as I did. a sign would have been nice. Read more
short woman with black hair was extremely rude. i asked for mayonnaise and she proceeded to pour half the bottle of mayo onto my... sandwich on purpose. she should be terminated immediately. disgusting customer service and i do not know what i did to deservethis treatment. really needs to be fired. Approximately 2:00 PM today, 11/26/22 where there was one woman in the front behind the cash register, counting for several... minutes. She did not even acknowledge us AT ALL?.never even looked up from her task. After several more minutes of beingignored, I simply said ?How ya doing?, to which she finally looked up and said with 1000% attitude ?I see you standing there,I?ll be with you in a minute?.
