This Taco Bell establishment uses real Mexicans to put the beef and the beans together just so perfectly on top of the... cornflower tortillas! And now Taco Bell has breakfast I'm about to quit my job and start working for these guys again I live inthe woods right behind the Taco Bell in Rochester if I work there I wouldn't have to even walk across the parking lot to tryhustling work from the Caucasian family men coming outside from the home Depot! Its literally one thing after another with taco bell lately but this was a simple order. A crunchwrap Supreme NO LETTUCE ADD... avocado ranch, and a CHICKEN chalupa with just cheese and rice with the chicken. It came up on the prompter, so why is there NOavocado ranch and a whole bunch of lettuce (I scraped most of what I could get without losing the rest of the contents it in thebag) and where's the CHICKEN in the CHICKEN chalupa? I had breakfast here this morning and it was soooooo good. I drove 30 min just to try the new breakfast menu. The workers were... very nice. The guy in the truck behind me was a jerk and the workers were still nice to him. I don't know how they have thepatience to put up with that. Read more
We all like to give fast food restaurants a hard time when we have bad service, but rarely do we give them credit. I was... honestly really pleased with the service I received today. The lady at the window with the tattoos on her arms, was reallyreally nice - so friendly and with a smile on her face. A+. Finally, I have eaten at a lot of different Taco Bells over theyears and appreciated that my taco shell wasn't smashed and my food was hot. Good job random Taco Bell along the freeway! Read more
Had a door dash dasher drop our order off at the wrong house. Totally separate fiasco. We ended up having it reordered through... door dash and the new dasher informed us that Taco Bell isn?t doing the order again because ?it?s been remade 3 times and pickedup every time.? Factually not true, it was placed twice total and PAID FOR. Door dash customer support called the store to tellthem the scenario and the night shift leader/manager told door dash that they REFUSED to remake the same order and basicallyscrew us. This is the same place that can?t manage more than 4 orders in a 15 minute period without getting backed up for 2hours with lines around the whole building. Couple this with bad attitudes from the staff at the drive thru window and virtuallynever having the dining room open to indoor pickup/ ordering so every online order and door dash order has to sit in the sameline. TW!! Already been chewed food!!!!! Not sure if I should post the photo. My buddy just got a quesadilla and on his last bite it... was filled with black grissle. How disgusting. This taco bell always makes things pretty terribly? it seems every time they havegood help in there it doesn?t last long. People probably realize their worth and leave. It?s really disappointing to see thelack of care in food preparation through this business. Very clear that the workers are unhappy. I hate acting like a Karen but I feel the need to leave a review of this place. The food is good, no complaints there. I?ve... never had an order wrong. However, the drive thru lines are insanely long. At the busiest moments, there are like 4 workers justsitting outside or in the seating of the restaurant? I know breaks are obviously important and necessary but why are they alwaysjust hanging around? I feel like we wouldn?t have the 30+ minute drive thru problem if that happened. Read more
This is a drive thru prison. I'd recommend the lobby but 3/4 of the time it isn't open due to being understaffed. Do not go here... on a 30 min lunch break; once you're in the line there's no way you're getting back on time. And check your orders AT THEWINDOW. More often than not, something is wrong. Read more
