Stale brownie like concrete and portions of brownie and ice cream were half sized. Horrible! DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE!
My wife and I went to the Applebee's in Gates for the National Cheeseburger day as well as the endless boneless wings. We were... seated at a table that wasn't cleaned off. It had black shavings on it. The waitress moved us to an alternate table. (Hostesswas excellent). After being seated we went to place our orders. Waitress informed us that the Cheeseburger special would have tobe at the pickup counter. This was fine as long as we would be able to bring it back to the table we were seated at to eattogether. A manager came out to our table and stayed that this location was not participating in this event. NO WHERE WAS THISSTATED ON THE WEBSITE. Very poor customer service. We got up and walked out prior to placing balance of order. Would appreciatea call from the Management who is overseeing this location. I believe that his name is Mike Read more
Worst dining experience I've ever had. It took over half an hour to get Waters! 1 hour and 8 minutes to get chicken wings. The... waitress spent her entire time at the bar fighting with her boyfriend. After our cold wings arrived we asked to speak to themanager. A young person around 21 years old told us sorry about the cold food and lousy service. "You can leave now free ofcharge". Read more
A high school cafeteria would've tasted better. The food was a freezer burned microwave mess. Was there on a Friday at around 6... pm and the place only had about 25 people in it. Nuff said. Read more

Went there for graduation celebration dinner. The service was awesome. The waitress Barbara was fantastic.
We had about a 15 minute wait for our table, but when we were finally seated our waitress came right over. Our food came out... fast and hot!!!! My grandson loved his corn dog and my other grandson loved the garlic parm wings!!!! Read more
