Absolutely horrible, pasta was dry. All the servers do is play with each other and run outside and laugh and giggle they don?t... take care of their tables. If they did it wouldn?t take 45 minutes for them to bring a check. Absolutely horrible like wordscan?t explain how horrible. I e never been so disgusted and unsatisfied. I?m writing this still sitting waiting for someone tobring my Togo box and check while I watch them run and play & my sister tries to run someone down to pay for our food. If there were a selection for zero stars, I would have selected it. I took my family to Applebees, Irondeqouit for dinner and... while we were waiting to be seated, the hostess called for a party of three and sat them before us. We were only a party offour and one extra person doesn't make a difference in service. After about 10 additional minutes we were seated and theservice continued to be terrible. The waiter greeted us and brought us our drinks in a timely manner, but then we sat for 20minutes without him looking at us again. Our waiter walked past us at least eight times while to took the orders of two tablesthat were seated after we were. We left the restaurant as he was taking the order of the table right behind us so he would seeus leave. It is my hope that someone from Applebees Corporate reads this review as our waiter was a black man and the twotables that he waited on that came in after us were also black people(we are a different race). I hope our waiter wasn'tintentionally being racist by not serving us, but I am suspicious in this case. It will be difficult to consider eating atApplebees again. Read more
Ok so I ordered the Classic Combo as an online order from Door Dash and everything came with order except the marinara sauce for... the mozzarella sticks, the chips came with my order but not the artichoke dip, nor the salsa as well. Like, how do forget that?Makes no sense to me. My first and last time ordering food from this location because management is clearly lacking from what itseems. Read more

we've oftentimes experienced poor service from which we'd been satisfied with either a replacement or refund from simple order... errors & yet still ? with consideration for hard work & random deliciousness. However, in such instances as a recent visit, mywife ordered me a honey chicken strips pasta from the 2for$20, requesting no bacon within the sauce, only to discover, uponbringing it home?bacon all covered chicken. upon calling the following afternoon (because the restaurant had closed the eveningof the order), the manager available, expressedvlittle concern, with a reference of "what would you like for me to do aboutit?", handing the phone to another staff, whom specifies the meal as having bacon within the sauce & no refund can be processed;there is no corporate office to issue a complaint & the only resolution is a credit. the meal isn't worth the cost ? despitethe inflation what happens if the alternative isn't as requested? ill be contacting the BBB Read more
Our experience was mixed we were at the location at opening, Our server assumed my girlfriend was a little girl and took out a... kids menu for her, Which he apologized for no big deal but the biggest deal of all was that my gf got a glass of water with aleftover food piece on the inside, Again my server got it changed which wasn't a big deal he was kind and respectful and he wasvery apologetic other than that the food came out nice and hot and taste great and error free.
