I was never a huge fan of Arby's. It's my husband's thing. Well, I decided to go because it was his day and of course the... disappointment. Long drive thru line and cold food. The new burger my husband was going crazy for wasn't great! The burger wascold, and the bread was soggy. Get people who want to keep your establishment running correctly. I drove through the drive-thru to order. They gave me two different sandwiches then what I asked for, so make sure you look... inside your bag of food before you leave to make sure you're getting what you ordered and paid for. Sometimes they make amistake with your order. Read more

Well let me start by saying I love Arby's. However this location was so horrible we stood at the counter for twenty minutes... while three people walked past us multiple times just talking to one another. When they felt the need to ask us what we wantedthey took our order. After that we sat down and I watched the lady behind us being ignored the same way we were The lady walkedout because she stood there so long. We waited another twenty or so minutes for our food. When we got it I watch many peoplecome in and experience the same stress I did I also watch a lady come in and was giving a order by one of the staff minuteslater door dash showed up for that order and the lady behind the counter to the guy well I just gave that order to woman thereis nothing I can do about it and walked away. After that my husband was eating his sandwich and pulled a long hair out of hismouth I almost puked I will never I mean never go there again. That was the rudest most disrespectful, dirty place I've everbeen too I mean it's not like they were short staffed or anything all they cared about was the people in the drive thru and whenit died down they then put attention on the people in the store Read more

I like the 1 pound roast beef to be shaved and the staff always shaves it almost paper thin, which brings out the juicy flavor... of the roast beef. Absolutely delicious this way. I also like to occasionally dip the sandwich lightly in the Arby's BroncoBerry Sauce, which is tangy sweet with a little bite. Read more

High prices Poor service by manager And Whatever you do Don't use the app I paid by the app and it was for pick up at another... location accidentally - i was at the Monroe st store They still took my order and said no problem them a manager came and saidthat I would have to pay for it to get it and call the app to get a refund And good luck The order was made at both stores and Ipaid for both as they would throw it out and still charge me so I picked up melted ice drinks and cold food as there is adistance between stores and we couldn't eat 2 orders and threw almost out - the portions are tiny and overpriced and they evenforgot the mini mac n cheese side that cost as much as a plate Very rude man takes the calls $85. Rude. I went through the drive-in and when it was my turn to order the guy on the mic said " Welcome to Arby's, order when... you're ready... Or not", don't give me a chance to say anything. The whole order process I felt rushed and in general like I wasbeing a burden. I've worked in food, in a Casino! I get it! But excuse me for getting hungry and deciding on Arby's and not TacoBell like everyone else. The cashier was a different person and she was pleasant enough. Read more

This location seriously must not care at all. Every single time I go there, I get a large curly fries, and they are always half... full. The drinks are never full, and they always forget the sauces I ask for. Today, we got 2 meals, and were charged for it. Wegot (half) the fries from both meals, but one of the sandwiches was missing. I?ve spoken to customer support many times, andother than compensation, nothing seems to change. Last time i went through the drive thru, a teenage girl took a long timegetting to the window despite there being no line, and she proceeded to tell me they were out of EVERYTHING I asked for (whichwas a lot of different things), and when I drove by the window, she was leaning, texting on her cellphone. I tried to call thelocation, and a girl answered the phone, told me ?hold on let me get a manager? and I?ve been on hold for 10 minutes. This isridiculous. Seems like even the management doesn?t care. Corporate should really do something about this location! Read more
