Tried to order 3 different items and each was out. I asked if there was anything else they were out of (was walking back and... forth outside to not take up space while ordering for 2 people). Staff listed pretty much everything but rotisserie chicken andmeatloaf along with about half the sides. Ordering isn't the crews fault, nor is signage but if you're going to run out of allbut a fraction of the menu items, you'd think there would be a contingency for removing/covering missing menu items so twentyminutes isn't wasted ordering food that isn't available Read more
This is Donna Coleman, my husband is Jim Coleman. My sister and I just visited your location at lunch today. The gentleman that... waited on us said we only have one chicken left and the rest will be over 25 min. Most people walked right out of the door,which we should have done! The food was cold, the chicken wasn?t too bad but the mashed potato and spinach was terrible! We gota fountain drink and the only straws that you had we?re unwrapped!! We asked if they had any wrapped and they said no that theyhad to go out and buy those! What in the world! With Covid you think it is ok to have unwrapped straws just sitting out thateveryone touches! We will never be back! We paid $11.00 and threw our food away. Walked from my hotel to Boston market. Was looking forward as I love the market. Was told mashed potatoes were only for online... orders when I said that that does not seem right and some what discriminatory the manager. I did not raise my voice and waspolite at all times. The manager disapproved of my questioning him and asked that I leave the store. People who know me knowthat I am the most easiest guy ever and always respected. This manager was not. Got the Nashville hot half a chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy. I was given burnt inedible chicken which I didn't notice... until I got home. If it's burned meat, just don't serve it please. Wasn't worth the $14. The mashed potatoes and gravy wasdelicious. Read more

Bought three takeout dinners for the family: two complete comfort combos and a regular meatloaf. The slices of meatloaf didn?t... match the size on the website. The creamed spinach was dry and not creamy. One of the comfort combos had the wrong side. Thechicken was tasty and their Caesar salad dressing is awesome. Read more
Erin is an excellent Manager at this store, very professional and accommodating. She puts customer satisfaction at the highest... priority. Always an excellent meal at a reasonable price.
