Pleasantly surprised! Tbh I tried going to another establishment close by but they were closed so I headed over to the... Mercantile to see what my other options were and the pho ga here was great with right amount of flavor and very freshingredients! The service is great, however, the prices, portion sizes, and qualities are not. It is clear that the portion sizes are maybe... 2/3 of that of competitors yet the cost is 15-25% more. The level of quality doesn't justify the differences. Broth does mirrorsome competitors in one aspect and unfortunately it is by charging extra if you want your broth spicy. Read more
