Awesome little place! I've gotten bagels there a few times now and they're always friendly and the food is great.

DELICIOUS ???? BAGELS! I surprised my husband this morning and got some bagels. It's been a long time since he's had them. Mark... would always place an order for Xerox with Erwin . Thank you, Erwin and family. We will be back again! Read more

Perfect and awesome Jewish food. Their deli cuts are the best around and I love their rye bread. Super friendly and amazing. It... feels like home. Read more

I went here after a suggestion from someone. The food was amazing. I got a blueberry bagel with cream cheese, salmon and red... onion with capers ( which I never had) on the side. It was delicious. I enjoyed the capers too. Read more

I had never been exposed to anything kosher in my life, so I?ll be honest I was a smidge on the fence. Because of the kosher... rules I had to assemble part of the sandwich myself. My wife and I got breakfast sandwiches, with egg, cheese, and pastrami onbagels. Best sandwiches we?ve had in a very long time. We will be back! Read more

I love Brownstein's Bagels! No need to wait in line at Balsam or Bagel Land, as great as they are. Brownstein's does a baker's... dozen with 15 bagels and home made veggie cream cheese for $12 (I think). They have all the good flavors and a couple unusualones. Cash only so come prepared! The women who work there are so nice. Read more

I'm from Long Island so I know what a good bagel tastes like - they easily make the best bagels in Rochester here. They also... carry tofutti - if you are vegan or keep kosher this is a great option for your bagel. While I wish they had more flavor options(perhaps a veggie tofutti), what really blows away the competition is the taste of the bagel itself, which is the closest to theLong Island/NYC bagel I've had in Western New York. I will be returning (this time with cash so I don't have to stop at an ATM). Read more

My pick for the best bagels in Rochester although maybe not the widest selection of flavor choices. Excellent place to stock up... (their "dozen" - 15!) A favorite combo is a bialy with their scallion cream cheese. Counter employees have a ridiculously goodmemory for orders and are very patient and polite, even when they're slammed. No credit cards - get cash first! Read more
