Grubhubbed two bagels and the time got delayed 50 min I called the restaurant explained situation the girl that answered goes... yeah well we are really busy rn so idk the grub hub driver probably turned around and decided not to come in once they saw theLine she goes call grub hub.She was very rude and I told her that her Tone should probably be different working in serviceindustry and goes okay and hangs up. I love the authentic NYC style bagels and the cream cheese is unique, but good. My only complaint is the bagels are cooked to... different degrees depending on your visit. 30 year customer. 2 times in the last 2 weeks I have been to the Latta Rd location. First time I ordered an Asiago Bagel, double... toasted, cream cheese. What I got?.NOT toasted not even warm, very hard, 1 teaspoon of cream cheese and the bagel tasted likeAsiago, Rosemary and Olive Oil. Second time same thing except no Rosemary that time. Whats up?
