Called to place an order for 2 burgers based on the FB post that I saw today that was posted 23 min ago. They told me that their... specials on Mondays are buy one get 1 pizza and that they would not be honoring their FB post regarding buy one get 1 burgers onMonday. They would not offer me any kind of discount to make up for the false advertising. See FB post attached. Updated: Wow,you must have gotten me confused with someone else in your many disappointed customers. I never used that language with anyoneon the phone today, and it wasn't a girl that answered the phone but a guy (not that it matters, and I treated him with respectwhen I mentioned the ad and asked to speak with the manager about the discount), when then transferred me to a female manager,but glad that you felt the need to add that to your post. They have always treated my family above and beyond. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is great, but the wait staff has been... incredible. Especially the time my daughter was in there freezing and the waitress went and got her a warmer shirt to wear andlet her keep it. It's never easy as a single mom bringing kids out to eat, but they always make it a great experience for all 3of us. Read more

The new BTB (Bathtub Billy's) is great! It's a huge improvement to their previous location. The weather was warm, and so we sat... outside for dinner. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was good. Room for Improvement: Smoking AreaOutside - Although smoking is not allowed on the patio outside, where you send smokers is right on the other side of the fence,so if you're outside, you're still well-within the smoking area. Food Presentation - I know this is a bar, so I don't have anyreal expectations on presentation. However, when my burger and fries came, they were on this HUGE platter/plate, and it seemedvery strange. The only reason I mention presentation is because of the type of platter/plate they used. It looks like they wantto be a little more upscale in their new location. I think that's great! I'll update again when I return and dine inside. We sat outside on a beautiful early evening. Our waitress was cheery & very attentive & efficient. The food took quite a while... but with restaurants experiencing short help it was a fair. A little heads up would have been great. I had a grilled chickensandwich which was lacking any condiments but over all very good. We also had onion rings that were fantastic & a spinach &artichoke pizza that was perfect. Definitely worth another visit for us. Read more

We ordered the 12 person Thanksgiving meal from BTB and the food was amazing. Everyone loved the mashed potatoes and Mac and... cheese. It was a home style meal full of flavor. This place is the best!!!!!! The food is AMAZING!!! I'm never disappointed! All the workers are great!! So friendly and... efficient! The restaurant is well run. I feel like the owners really care about their employees and of course theircustomers. It's a great place for celebrations with family, a date night, happy hour with co-workers, hanging out watchingsports, or just a casual night out with friends or family!
