The workers here are awful and disrespectful. Won't ever be back at this specific location again. Don't ask for your food to be... fixed here because you'll get an attitude and cold food brought back to you unpurpose. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
At some point a business should just shut down until they are staffed appropriately to operate. Waiting over 30 minutes for... drive thru is atrocious. Definitely won't be returning here. My time out values anything offered in a drive thru, I thoughtdrive thru businesses understood that, clearly they don't. Read more
We entered the drive-thru line, and although we were only behind one car (the occupant of which was asleep due to wait), waited... 26 minutes before our order was taken at the drive thru screen. We attempted to provide the new-member offer of a free whopperwith the creation of an account by giving the team member the six digit code. To my surprise, the team member was unaware of howany codes went and required an additional five minutes to figure this out. We received a confirmation from this employee thatthe code was applied to my order. At the window, we were asked 3 times which orders were ours, and what it was compromised ofwith the team members seeming to have little comprehension of what we were saying repeating the order back to us incorrectlyseveral times. Once this was confirmed correctly, the workers utilized the bag handed back to them from the previous patronrather than giving us a clean and unused bag; this bag even contained old fries from the previous order although none wereordered by me. We were told three different prices starting with approximately $11 at the drive thru screen, and then $13dollars upon reaching the window, and finally $15 after confirming our order with the team members, which was still incorrectwhen given to us. When asked about the price changes the worker only replied ?it changed?, and when prompted further about thepromotion, said our code didn?t work despite already receiving the confirmation on my phone. It was very evident the employeewere intoxicated in some manner due to slurred speech and incoherence. I would like to share my experience with this particular Burger King.I would like to say I was very disappointed when I got home... with my food and let me say that I'm 5 minutes away from this Burger King. My onion rings were half fried meaning they were notall the way done. My burgers was cold and the cheese was hard and the bread was stale. No I didn't feel like bringing my foodback because my food should have been freshly made from the beginning. March 8 , 2020 . I changed my 1 star to a 4 star. I gavethis Burger King another try and I will say that this experience was much better.I went to have a nice lunch with my littlethree-year-old and everything was freshly made hot and good. The staff looks more happy exciting to be at work and they werevery polite and much nicer this time around. Keep up the good work ???????? Read more
