Place has gone down hill the last few years. Go in the drive thru at 9:30pm. Fries are laying flat on the bag under the... sandwich. Not sure who's training this staff. The fries were cold and stale. I imagine at least 5 minutes too old. Just reallysad and pathetic. Not too surprising, since this is the location that wouldn't fire a woman for calling an employee the N wordin front line or after they knew about her inappropriate relationship with a 17 yo subordinate when she was 28. I realize it was very busy, but we put in a detailed mobile order and two of the burgers didn't have bacon (that was added... specifically.) We also were missing side sauces that came with our items. This is a common occurrence. Read more

Same ole trash staff . I said I need a minute to think . She said ok tell me when your ready . After one minute I said I was... ready . No reply. For about two minutes straight I kept asking for someone and got nothing . The new Burger King is picking upright where the old Burger King left off . Went to Burger King on the way home from work after a long Healthcare shift. Ordered 2 whoppers with cheese, extra lettuce; One... impossible whopper with tomatoes on the side because my sister is allergic to tomatoes; and two large onion rings. The onionrings were cold and half full. The impossible whopper was burnt. One of the whoppers was mangled. We didn't find out about theburgers being wrong until after we asked for more, fresh onion rings. The man who dealt with us was extremely rude. Our actualcashier was lovely, but he raised his voice and was extremely rude and accusatory. When we explained the burgers were madeincorrectly he asked for them back, which is strange because we offered our cashier the onion rings back and she said that theycouldn't take them back because of covid. So why was it suddenly okay with the sandwiches? ???? He gave us them back with theextra lettuce added on. Honestly, we would have been happy with just a side of lettuce in a box. But he was so combative wecouldn't hardly get a word in edgewise. When he came back and we tried to say why the burgers were made wrong, but... thatdidn't go well. So he took the impossible whopper back a Second Time and, I'm assuming, just took the tomato off of it. Not themost helpful when someone is allergic. Thanks for that. But given the mangled condition of the one whopper and the entirescenario I'm uncomfortable even eating it. So guess I'll have to figure something else out for dinner tonight. Thanks BurgerKing! ?
