Rude staff every time I go to this location. And today just like every day, you can't get biscuits here. And they offer you... nothing else. So you can't even order a sandwich in the morning at burger king. Think about the last time u were at McDonald'sand they had no mc muffins? Never. Waster of time to stop here. Go elsewhere. Read more
Went into the restaurant tonight around 9:00 p.m. . There was no cars in the Drive-Thru nor no customers in the restaurant when... I got there, I ordered my food and they proceeded to take care of customers in the Drive-Thru(that came after I ordered) as wellas customers that came in after we did and left us standing there. They tried to serve me Cold nuggets that were sitting fromunder a heat lamp while we waited even longer for more fries because they gave away all fries that were made for me when I gotthere. The manager was( I believe it was the manager )was very rude, snotty ,never even apologized for the lack of customerservice. I was hired here to do one position and ended up doing all of them for only the pay of one. not only is the food here horrible... but the managers really need to learn how to treat their employees better. we need to get this Burger King shut downimmediately. Read more
The food is fine but the prices are not. This burger king charges 4 dollars for a small fry. All their food prices are... ridiculously higher than anywhere else. I could go to the burger king on ridgeway get better service and way better prices. Twomeals cost over 30 dollars here. It's a scam. Read more
coffee was eh. there was floaty stuff on top..... and i could feel it on my tongue ????.after i took the stuff off my tongue, it... looked like tiny pieces of white slime balls.. i didnt like that. i guess they don't clean the coffee things or wtv the freakoften cause why would coffee have that in it ???? Ordered through the Burger King app and went right to the first window. Literally waited there for two minutes while this girl... was at the register like I literally wasn?t even at the drive thru window. It took another employee to walk over to the drivethru window to help me. Also, right before I came to the window somebody dropped off an ice cream cone to the same girl that wasignoring me. I don't typically write much about fast food restaurants. The experience is tailored by the corporate overlords to be pretty... much the same at every restaurant... That's kind of the point. The service at this location was truly a sight to behold. Staff were playing loud music from cell phones and dancing instead of working. There was a long wait for 'fast' food and theorder was completely wrong... Perhaps the manager was away and the mice decided to play? I hope this is a unique experience andyou have better luck if you choose to visit this location. Read more
