Found out they don't accept gift cards AFTER spending several minutes repeating my order to a employee who seemed to have been... barely trained (they were definitely struggling, which is not their fault but the fault of whatever manager considered themtrained) The person at the window who told us they don't accept gift cards was very rude and not kind at all and did not give areason for why they don't accept them either So, guess I can't eat dinner... When I pulled to the window I handed them a Burger King gift card and they said they don't take them there. Then they told us... there ICE/frozen drink machine wasn't even on 3 hours before the place was closing. We then ordered a orange Fanta and sprite,but they gave us two orange Fanta's. When I asked for a sprite instead the manager then handed me the sprite and said "this isyour last time because I know you're high." Read more
Small Fries $4 , Whopper meal $18.. Should have renamed the grand opening to grand rip off.. Save your money and go get a... plate. or McD's across the street. Prices at this place are jacked up, while a 5 minute drive the prices are normal. Don't goto this place unless you use the app so you know what you are going to be paying... Read more

Drive thru is horribly placed, the only exit that let's you go any way but south out of the lot. Didn't help that I sat there... for ten minutes and the line didn't move once. It was like the employees had forgotten there was a drive thru at all. Ended upleaving after that, went to the wendys next door and by the time I left with my food the BK line hadn't even moved. I?m glad we got a new Burger King in Henrietta, but this place charges more for just about anything on the menu. If you want to... save a few $$ for a Whopper, fries, etc., go to the one on Jefferson. A Whopper is $1 more, fries are at least $1 more, andmilkshakes are $2 more. Check the app and compare. Only ever have been through the drive thru. Fries are always terrible or if they are fresh they are unsalted. Got the wrong... sandwich today, ordered the crispy chicken bacon and bbq and got a crispy chicken bacon and mayo. I hate mayo. Gonna stick toJefferson Ave. Read more
