First time ordering and was not impressed. The pizza was decent, a little cold but decent. The wings however were horrible. They... were over-fried, obnoxiously crispy and barely edible. Pie quality has declined and deliveries have been late and ice cold the last two times we ordered here.
I'm from South Jersey/Philly---I've eaten loads of Boardwalk Pizza and, Philly Pizza, etc, and i the years I've been in Western... NY this is my standout favorite. They put energy and love into the quality of the crust which makes all the difference. ThatMark's is a favorite in Roc is totally mystifying to me. If you are from my area you'll likely like Caraglio's the most. When Ieat this I feel like I'm at the Jersey Shore. Read more
Amazing pizza, my favorite! I love how great they are with the community too! I got this FREE Buffalo pizza! Which is AMAZING!... They also gave out free pizzas to all the first responders when the pandemic started, which is so generous. I love Caraglio's!GO BILLS! Read more
We ordered a sheet pizza on a Friday night .. I normally love there pizza but this one was terrible. Raw dough that the sauce... was running off of with the cheese also . We had to let it cool for about a half hr just to eat the sloppy mess then thru therest away ., I called on Saturday but apparently if u call the next day you out of luck .. Terrible! Asked for a large pie, well done.the pie was lacking in both sauce and cheese, it was doughey, UNDERCOOKED, and the... extras had been just thrown on. Caraglios used to be great! The salads, even worse if thats possible. The greens were rotten inplaces, you know what i mean..when salad greens are old and start to rot. I won?t be returning to Caraglios! Read more
We ordered 2 dozen chicken wings (mild heat), EXTRA, EXTRA crispy. The taste of the wings was absolutely DELICIOUS! The... crispiness was almost perfect. Since the renovation, it is nice to see that there is dine-in seating. Great value for the price.Very friendly people (on the phone and at check-out). We will order from Caraglio's Pizza again! I live a 3 minute drive from here, so I got the subscription and get a slice for lunch every day. It?s Rochester/Buffalo style... pizza for sure, with crispy crust, thin but strong sauces, and thick toppings. A nice place for a quick meal to be sure. Read more
