Tried to do curbside pickup. 10 minutes after the app said our food was ready, I went in to check. The order was just waiting on... drinks to be poured which took another 5 minutes or so. I had to go in twice more to get missed items and at some point wasgiven part of someone else's order. The staff seemed very overwhelmed even though it wasn't that busy for Chick-fil-A standards.Just give this staff a break and go to one of the other nearby locations instead. Read more
It takes a minimum of 20 minutes from the time you order to receiving your food. Doesn?t matter if you order a head via the app... or drive up. We didn?t get any of the sauces requested or straws in addition to an entire wrong sandwich. I did a mobile orderand watched my bag sit on a back counter for five minutes before someone realized and then called my name. Sure it?s tasty butnothing runs smoothly at this location. Read more

This location went above and beyond for my son?s birthday! We ordered a nugget tray ahead of time so we could arrive with 4 of... his friends and eat. Tied onto the nugget tray was a ?happy birthday? balloon for him! We set the boys up at the outside tablesto eat and the manager made sure that the Chick-Fil-A cow came outside to say hello and take pictures! Then they were greatabout making sure the boys got to watch them make their milkshakes or ice cream! They definitely made the day special! Read more
I don't normally give fast food five stars. Chick-fil-a, is a unique culinary fast food experience. Anytime I have ever been to... one the staff is exceptionally friendly the restaurants are always clean and the food is always consistently the same and quitegood. Read more
The kiddos loved the happy meals. They got thr chicken nuggets with the chick fil A sauce and fries with the lemonade. The... lemonade was delicious a 10/10!!!! My hubby got the cool chicken wrap with mac n cheese with a side a Sprite. The wrap wasdelicious and filling that he didn't eat his mac n cheese until we got home. I ordered the grilled chicken club with Americacheese and fries with Sprite. The sandwich was lettuce, tomatoes,bacon, cheese and pickles. It was good,messy bevasue it wasjuicy. This has been the 4th or 5th bad experience here at the Henrietta location. Here?s my experience just this time: 1- terrible... service: waited in line as the only other other person being served for almost 10 minutes started a stopwatch because it wasridiculous. Was never acknowledged and extremely slow service. Other people were also served slowly 2- when I finally wasserved they said weren?t accepting cash. I asked if there was any way( including using the other register),was told no. Iescalated it and they said oh yeah actually we can ring you out on the other register? ???? after I had conceded to using cardwhich I didn?t want to do. 3- ordered dine-in was served to go. I asked about it and was told we aren?t doing trays?the nextcustomer literally was served dine in on a tray (picture for proof) 4- got my sauces wrong and never brought out my drink hadto go up and ask for it. 5- started closing at about 830 when they close at 10 (picture for proof) Im disappointed becauseChik Fil A prides themselves on service and they have repeatedly failed here at the Henrietta.
