The store was not accepting debit cards - cash only and you had to have EXACT change. If you didn't, and wanted your food, you... needed to pay and they kept remaining funds - you had to overpay! Additionally I ordered a side of chips and guacamole. Ireceived the guacamole but not the chips so out another $2.00. And they weren't even that busy! This place has fallen off pretty bad the past year or so. Inconsistent chaos basically. My order was supposed to be ready at... 6:40. Wasn't until past 6:50 and of course it was cold and had barely any meat in it. Again. We deserve better in the town ofGreece. They were way way behind even on orders in the restaurant with a line to the door. Most of the staff standing around anda few times the manager tried to get them moving or motivated. I stood and watched the two make my order as the two bowls satthere for 10 min and got cold. No hurry right? No fire. No sense of urgency or pride. Nothing. First, the restaurant neither accepts in-person orders nor answers the phone. Making it impossible to speak to a person makes it... easier for them to devalue customers and refuse to take responsibility or make things right. At 4:40pm . . . well before dinnerrush . . . I ordered one burrito bowl. Just chicken, cheese, and 2 tortillas on the side. They couldn't have had a simplerorder. The order app estimated a 5pm completion time. At 5:02pm, it read, "Order Completed." Yet when I went inside to pick upthe order, it hadn't even been started. I waited inside for literally 30 minutes. THIRTY MINUTES. I understand putting up anorder 5 minutes late -- workers get behind. Ten minutes late is uncalled for. Thirty minutes late . . . that's just inexcusable.INEXCUSABLE. Adjust the time on your app to reflect reality. Bring in more people to work. Bring in a manager to work. But don'tmake customers who've already paid wait 30 minutes past pick-up time without the possibility of speaking to a human about this.This complete lack of regard for customers is not the way to retain a loyal base. As with any, other location, GREAT food, GREAT service, and an atmosphere to match. However, I DON'T know if it's just this... location, but, they've seem to have gotten lax with wearing of safety, prevent gear. DON'T get me wrong the staff does wearmasks and gloves, though, they're missing one more small, but, VERY important piece; hair netting. I was unable to enjoy mylunch, after eating through bout half of it, when I looked up and saw a hair in my food. Let's keep in mind that I'm bald, andmy face was freshly shaved, soo, there's NO WAY it was my hair. The staff was VERY apologetic and did give me a refund ofmoney. My, ONLY, disappointment, being that Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat, is NOT having time to order morefood, as I was on my lunch break at work, and it was time to get back to work. The food is usually always tasty. My concerns are the recent hires are not very keen on customer service. Portions being... provided need to be equal to the person in front and behind me. When I asked for a little more of the protein I was told itwould be ?double? which I clearly wasn?t asking for. Then she preceded to lather the next patron with a full dish of steak. I?mconfused as the portions shouldn?t be subjective. Maybe the company should have measuring cups instead of a spoon. As far ascustomer service they cost your company a burrito bowl and a burrito, and a pretty loyal customer. I decided to leave the halffilled items with them. Spent zero dollars. Read more

Always great food and service at Chipotle! Only reason this isn't 5 stars is due to the cleanliness inside. Lots of the tables,... the floor and the area where you get beverages/napkins were dirty. I understand these tasks aren't priority when helpingcustomers. But when I was there, everyone was sitting around. It could have been dealt with. Read more

Was super busy but the employees got through the line quickly and efficiently. My bowl was great and my dates burrito was filled... nice and hefty! Staff was friendly and helpful, was able to find parking even though it was busy . Like the tables set upoutside Read more

Very nice and friendly location. I love the bowls. Never had any unpleasant experiences. Very nice team!
