Just left Chipotle no fajita veggies, when I asked if I could substitute no veggies for queso the girl makes a weird face then... says no. Ok moving along now they have no corn as well! If it weren't for the convenience of this location I wouldn't come here at all. The staff lacks professionalism and... the restaurant is always dirty. Whenever I ordered in person my bowl would be overflowing with food. They'd pack it so much Ithought it ruined the whole presentation of the meal but even worse than that when I ordered over Grubhub this weekend the bowlI received was so empty. There was barely any rice or meat and the vegetables were drowned in queso. To top everything off therewas a HAIR in the food. It was disgusting I couldn't even eat it and I got a full refund for the meal. The chips were also staleand soggy. I think I've been disappointed enough by this location. I like Moe's because of the portion sizes. Usually when I would buy my homewrecker burritos from the Henrietta location they are... MASSIVE! Sadly this location does not do the same. I ordered a homewrecker while my girl ordered a normal burrito and eventhough I added more fillings than she did our burritos are the same size... also they give FAR less chips. I'll go out of my wayto go to Henrietta for the real Moe's experience from now on. Read more
This location consistently gets every order wrong whether I pre-order and pick up, or delivered. It just happened again just... now. One order was no meat but they added meat and the wrong beans. The second order had a mistake as well. I don?t understandthe complete disregard for people?s money or business. I?ve wasted a lot of money at this location. It's not bad, but I honestly don't get it. I've been a few times and the ingredients are really inconsistent and the prices are... far too high for what you get. The staff always seem either indifferent or over worked, that attitude seems to be reflected inthe quality of what your served. The last time we went I had 3 identical orders for 3 children. Every single one came outdifferent and the staff seemed annoyed when it was pointed out. Read more
Every time I go to this chipotle, the rice is NEVER made correctly. The only reason why I?ve given it more than one chance is... because it?s convenient for my work location. The servers are good, just tired of the food never being up to par. The rice iscrunchier than the salad!!!! Read more
Amazing ingredients and big enough portions that you could split a meal with a friend. Nice outdoor area for sitting and... directly next to a Starbucks for a one-two combo. Service is friendly and fast. The prices are reasonable but not cheap. Coveheard the chicken at this location is better than most but barbacoa all the way for me! Read more
