I placed an order on the chipotle website and it was supposed to be delivered at 7:12pm. An hour later when it finally arrived... they had put someone else's order in the bag with my name on it. I have tried every method there is to get help from anyone atthis store or corporate and no one can help me at all. I order lunch for take out here all the time and I?ve had very few issues. The staff are friendly and are usually quick to... correct any problems with my orders (which doesn?t happen often). I order the same thing pretty much every time and it?s alwaysconsistent. Read more

Mixed reviews? maybe 1 or 2 times out of 10 your food will be good. MOST of the time it is not! I always ask for extra meat and... beans but I swear they don?t do that!! Also the lettuce?? Hardly any in it. I always have to cut up my own lettuce to add? andthen there?s the vinegarette dressing. There?s never enough in those containers.. so guess what, I make my own dressing too!!You guys should be paying me to make YOUR food better. Pictures say it all! Literally a PILE of rice. Delivery. The food was cold and portions were scant. The chips were stale and gross. It was supposed to arrive at 8:27pm. It... came at 9:05. 2 chicken bowls and a steak bowl delivered with chips for 50$ and it was subpar. We ate in the restaurant in thepast and it was a great experience. This was a very disappointing contrast. Perhaps the difference is delivery? Do they savethe stale gross chips and give lesser portions to delivery orders? Good is really good. But food quantity decreases every time. This time it was with money gave out $100. Had to pay $90.92 in... change. If they had informed no change I would have used the card. Instead they asked to keep 98 cents and returned $90. Whenasked it?s not a smaller change the change came up. They literally lied saying no change. Read more
This location is really hit or miss? mostly miss though. When I try to have it delivered they don?t make sure the correct person... picks it up. It gets stolen before the dasher arrives quite frequently. In person it?s ok, kinda dirty and messy but not theworst I?ve seen. Food is fine (sometimes) but they tend to heap on rice to avoid using the good stuff. It?s not as big of aproblem in person but they have no issue with screwing you over if it?s a delivery.
