Getting really tired of them getting orders wrong.... this is ridiculous. I can understand missing one topping but my sub today... came without literally everything i asked for. No oil, no pickles, no peppers, no mayo and the meat was OLD and dried out smh.The STALE bread was so hard it cut the roof of my mouth ????. I suspect that they gave me an old sub. Yall job really isn't thathard!??????????????? Edit: after eating this sub, i got sick to my stomach later that night. I recommend avoiding thislocation. Read more
Disappointed with our most recent service. Ordered a large hot sub for pick up by phone and we asked for bacon to be adde (an... extra $3.50 charge). Picked the subs up around 8:25PM and got home around 8:40PM. Opened up the subs and realized the baconwasn't there. Boyfriend calls at 8:50PM and the line just rings and rings and rings. Edited to add: came back again. Theymessed up our order again, but luckily they caught it before we did and told us they would remake it. Read more
I use the app and curbside delivery all the time at the Ridgeway DiBellas (Rochester NY). My subs are always prepared exactly... as ordered and brought directly to my car within minutes of the time they promised, with a smile. Food is consistently awesome! Read more
I'll start by saying the subs are always superb. Still the best in the area. With that said, they ruined their ordering process... which they had down to a science. I'm not sure if this a result of that change, but the staff is extremely rude. They aren'tmaking your sub as you list of the ingredients and this is causing a bottleneck in the speed of the operation. TLDR: go todibellas, avoid this one. Read more
When I worked at IBM across the street, I'd always order from this location. Never had a bad experience throughout the years.... This is still one of the best locations in Rochester and that's why I still come here. Great Job Staff???????? Read more
This place has gone down hill in the last year and there's no end in sight. My last order was a steak sandwich where the steak... wasn't even chopped up and it was drowning in steak sauce. It was horrible. Tonight, fearful of ordering another dreadful steaksandwich, I ordered a turkey sub. On my way to pick up my food and I get a phone call... they're out of turkey. What sub deliruns out of meat??? It would be easy to blame the employees but this is clearly a failure in leadership and at the ownershiplevel. If they don't care, why will the employees care? Terrible service. My wife ordered a salad and two of the kids behind the counter started inexplicably laughing. I ordered a sub... and began the wait. 15-ish minutes later they finally called our number and handed over a sub. Only. I asked about the salad.The response was "oh, you ordered a salad?" This was the kid that took the order in the first place. He promptly left andstarted taking other orders. The salad was forgotten. Again. Meanwhile at least two others were standing around and talking. Iasked why they weren't doing anything and received only a dispassionate look. Nobody ever made the salad. Will never go hereagain.
