Off the bat: the employees are awesome. I've been here a few times and while the subs aren't my favorite (I'll get to why) the... people there are chill as hell and I love it. As for the subs, they're solid sandwiches for sure, my issue is every time I gothis distribution of stuff on the sandwich is always super sectioned. Like one side of the sandwich is all lettuce and veggies,the other side is all the meat. This sounds like something super stupid to complain about but it's always been incrediblysectioned to the point where it's less enjoyable to eat. This also seems to be a problem I deal with primarily here and nowhereelse I go. I go to a lot of sandwich shops nearby. Other than this though the sandwich is solid and they seem to use qualityingredients. At least compared to some of the restaurants I've worked in. Read more
The employees never take off their gloves. They take orders, cash out, walk around restock, go in and out the back.......then... go to touching/making food with the same gloves on the entire time. Very friendly, just gross Read more
Disappointing again, almost nothing on the sub and prices are stupid high. Service was great and friendly, quick and the store... was clean, but the actual sub was sad. Pretty nice cheeses but not much of anything else even on the sub, paper thin tomatoes,two onion slice strands for a 10" sub? Asked for extra lettuce and I think there was only a few little pieces there, I just dontunderstand why this is so stripped bare. This is a bad joke, as bad or worse than Wegmans and I wont go back. We haven?t been here In a while and it was disappointing. The customer service was great but the subs were below par and missing... some of the toppings, and stingy with the toppings they did have. I usually love dibellas but today made me wish we went toWegmans. Read more
2 strikes you?re out. First visit waited 45 minutes for a sub that was never made. Until I asked, said order was lost. They made... it then. Second visit today, received wrong order and realized it when opened it back at my office. Didn?t know I needed tomatch my ticket stub number the sub bag number before I leave. Fig'd that was already taken care of behind the counter. Paid formedium sub, got a small. Someone is happy today as they paid for a small and got a medium. This location is terrible. I givethem a strike and 1/2 star for each visit. Never again. Read more
DiBella's Henrietta is the best! The shift manager and staff are truly caring and do an excellent job. The food is excellent! ... Best subs and best service! I visited in 11/29 in the evening and there was an unusual occurrence that they handled splendidly,all while maintaining the quality of food and service for the rest of the customers. Great job all around! Read more
