Dicky?s is, and will always be, one of my favorite dive bars in Rochester. The bar food is exceptional. The staff is friendly.... During the Summer they have a few small tables outside and it?s a great place to people watch. And if you?ve lived in the cityfor 10 years or more, you?re going to walk in and know someone there.
