Always good quick service. The pizza isnt the absolute best but Domino's does offer plenty of coupons on their app.
While their chicken wings leave a lot to be desired (more like pigeon wings), I always enjoy the pizzas. The crust is... consistently soft with just enough crunch and flavor, the toppings are never skimped, and the prices, when using the every day"coupons", are very reasonable. Read more

Horrible How you have notes on what NOT to put on a pizza and still put it on there...it clearly says NO GARLIC CRUST and guess... what I got AGAIN...every darn time y'all do this been months since I ordered from y'all and I see why....uuggghh bad enough itwas over an hour wait...like come on are you for real right now....service is theWORST -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here I am 11 months later still trying to givethem the benefit of the doubt placed or at 4:48 it is now 6:58 pm and still no food! The women working gave me amazing customer service!! Pleasantly Greeted me! Kind when checking me out -despite it being... midnight/closing time!!! I think the taller one was new too, she was still being helpful while sweeping with a pleasantattitude!! So nice to see and experience!! A great team!! Keep up the good work hiring Dominos!! Call all of the Pizza shops in Rochester, and you will find that Domino's employees are the most polite. While it's impossible... to be perfect, the E. Main & Culver Rd. Domino's can be trusted to make your pizza just the way you ordered it, and outside oftheir Pizza Insurance, they are genuinely concerned with getting your food order correct. The drivers are also polite and ontime, though you can use the Pizza Tracker to see where your pizza is from prep, to moving on the road to your house. However,if you do not like Garlic, you must tell them so in the "Special Instructions" or your pizza will have a layer of garlic salt inthe box, and that's the default value. Yuk :) Read more
