Actually buy gas at this location. Doughnuts always in good supply. Not on my diet but look good and smell wonderful.
Couldn't hear the lady in drive through because she was talking low and it was crackly. She got frustrated and gave me a rude... tone. I pull through and she didn't say anything. Not even have a good day or when I said why I couldn't hear her. My breakfastsandwich was cold and no napkins. If you're getting food, napkins shouldn't have to be asked for. Espresso machine always broken, and usually have only one roast to offer. Service is awful, and when I do get my order it?s... often wrong. I live right across the street and wish nothing more than to have a worth while dunkin within walking distance, butI guess if I want to enjoy my coffee for the day I?ll have to go for a drive. Lived here for years. And the last few weeks it?s been horrible service. So low. They close earlier than their hours say they... are open. Today was the last straw. Not only has my coffee tasted awful, never mixed. But now my donuts. All three shoved in abag. Frosting isn?t even on my strawberry frosted donut. Even the Boston cream donut was all melted and rubbed off because theywere all shoved in there and it was awful and disgusting. I?ve tried giving this place a chance but whatever staff they have nowis not only terrible at their job. But unfriendly as well. So disappointing. I?ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. But having to wait 20 plus minutes for only 2 cars in front of me to get this kind of garbage donuts and coffee is infuriating.In the picture. The Boston cream isn?t posted. But there was even a hole where the bottom was and the cream was coming out ofit. I?ve never seen any of my donuts in such bad shape. Read more
This place reminds me of McDonald's and their milkshake machines. More than half the time they tell me they cannot make a hot... latte at this location. And often times when they can make it, I have to substitute the whole milk because they are out of it.How does a place like this run out of milk?
