Great people, but the food is kinda iffy. My wake up wraps were burnt and hard as a rock. I couldn't eat them.

We just stopped there and couldn?t be more pleased with our experience. I almost went back inside to tell them. Both woman... working were very friendly. My bagel was toasted great with a ton of extra cream cheese (which is usually lacking at otherstores) and the hash browns were the best I?ve had! I would definitely recommend stopping here!! I ordered an everything bagel toasted with butter cream cheese and ham. A large cup of tea with 4 cream and 3 sugar. My bagel... tasted like a boxing glove. I couldn't bite into it. I used a knife and couldn't cut it. I scraped off the cream cheese and puton the ham and rolled it up and that was lunch. Mad disappointing. Good thing: i donated a $1 to a children's fund. Read more
Horrible custumer service. I place a mobile order at this store and they never made my order even after acknowledging they got... the order. They decided to take care of all the customers that were coming in and totally ignore me. I had to call custumerservice to cancel the order and get a refund. Read more
Dunkin' donuts was fantastic.. ordered the bacon only and hash browns. Coffee with a shot of caramel... My experience was great... just because SAM was working so hard to accommodate the last couple of customers.. he was the only one there I'm guessing, itwas very near closing time and I could tell he was exhausted but he still had a great attitude and was very nice to daughterand I, as we were still trying to figure out what type of drink we wanted... Reliable service in Downtown Rochester is difficult to find, but this Dunkin? stands apart from the pack (their service is... pretty good). Quality of the food / drinks is slightly below average what I expect from most Dunkin?s, hence my 4 star rating.However, it?s important to emphasize that their food is very good compared to other options in Downtown Rochester. Tosummarize, 4 star quality, but a ?5 star? for downtown Rochester. (Does that make sense?) Also, no parking! Also, as of timeof this review (September 2022), the street this Dunkin is on is under heavy road construction. Expect delays when traveling tothis spot. Read more
